Policies
-We try our best to make designs as close to client's request. Photos sent by client are used for inspiration. Please click on photos to view more of my work.
-A 30% retainer deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be made to secure the date. Orders are confirmed a week before the event. If client does not confirm, orders will not be made. Full payment is required before order is picked up or delivered.
Delivery/Pick up:
-Pick up orders must be picked up before 5pm.
-Delivery fees are determined by mileage plus tolls if any
-Sweet Party Cakes is not responsible for any items that are damaged after they are picked up or delivered!
Payment:
Payment can be made with Cash in-person, Chase Quick Pay, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash app.
Card payment is excepted as well some fees will be applied
